Tiffany Narváez is an experienced bilingual marketing and communications professional with nearly a decade of agency and in-house experience. Tiffany specializes in project management, copywriting/editing, digital marketing, web content creation, search engine optimization, media relations, social media and branding.
Before becoming an independent consultant, Tiffany served as marketing manager at UnitedAg, where she led health education campaigns targeting farmworkers to increase utilization of the organization’s Health & Wellness Centers in Central California. In that role, Tiffany worked closely with the chief medical officer to create, produce and co-host a monthly health webinar series focused on issues affecting farmworkers. She oversaw the quarterly member magazine, including writing, editing and designing the magazine’s content for a lay audience. Tiffany also managed UnitedAg’s email marketing, growing its subscriber list by more than 300% within one year. In addition, she designed and launched a Spanish-language newsletter to increase engagement among the organization’s Spanish-speaking members.
Before UnitedAg, Tiffany led marketing efforts for the Los Angeles Conservancy, one of the nation’s leading historic preservation nonprofits. In that role, she developed campaigns focused on leveraging social media, ad buys and community partnerships to expand the Conservancy’s reach and visibility. In addition, Tiffany served as a media relations specialist and managed cross-functional teams and vendors through the tactical execution of communications programs. She also developed a marketing campaign leveraging the Conservancy’s new brand identity and wrote their statement of values. Moreover, she co-founded and led the Diversity & Inclusion committee to ensure the Conservancy’s work mirrored the diversity of Los Angeles. Her work also included media and community outreach to inform the public about legislative issues threatening historic buildings.
Tiffany began her career at Rogers & Cowan, an entertainment public relations agency, where she coordinated strategic public relations campaigns for talent, including red carpets and press junkets.
Tiffany earned a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of California, Riverside.
