In her more than 20 years as a marketing consultant, Cindy Crici has developed a strong reputation for her skills in ideation and creative development. In addition, she has produced results for her clients across a wide range of other strategic marketing and communication services, including planning, positioning and messaging, new product launches, identity/brand development, practice-building, member enrollment, patient education, service line marketing, employee communication and relationship marketing. Cindy has a proven track record of consistently producing high-quality, results-driven marketing and communications programs and has won numerous awards for her work.
Specializing in healthcare, Cindy has served some of the top names in the industry, such as Boston Scientific, Kaiser Permanente, Tenet Health System, Beverly Hospital, Cooperative of American Physicians, Health Care Administrators Association, Beverly Care, Body Care Regenerative and others.
Before her consulting career, Cindy worked with Adventist Health/Southern California, a regional health care system. As director of Integrated Marketing Services, she devised and implemented strategic marketing and communication plans—including employer relations efforts—for three hospitals and multiple physician groups. Her work increased managed care enrollment by 11%, resulting in more than $3 million in annual revenue.
Prior to joining Adventist Health, Cindy was a marketing/communication manager for Managed Health Network, a leading managed behavioral healthcare company. In that role, she launched a successful patient education program and was responsible for a number of award-winning marketing programs and new business development.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Hofstra University and regularly attends continuing education sessions on marketing-related topics.
